The results are in! Survey says… that we’re excited to share the final responses from our recent customer feedback 😁

Firstly, we want to say thank you to every customer who filled in their survey. Your responses help us improve our services where necessary, and understand what’s working well. One thing was clear – our customers love the level of service we offer! It’s not just about storage, after all. It’s about creating a space-saving experience that’s smooth, stress-free and great value.

So, what did our lovely customers say? A massive 95% of respondents rated their overall experience as “excellent” or “very good.” We believe that finding the right storage solution should be easy breezy – and it seems you agree!

Our friendly staff were frequently mentioned, with many of you appreciating how helpful and approachable they are. We’re more than just a business; we’re a community, and our team is at the heart of it. Whether it’s answering queries or helping you find the perfect storage unit, we’re here to make your experience seamless.

Giving a brilliant experience to our customers is the driving force of our business. By understanding your needs and expectations, we can continue to improve and offer services that make your storage experience easier, simpler and better.

Another key takeaway from the survey was the importance of asking for honest feedback. We know that the only way to grow and evolve is to listen – really listen – to what you have to say.

Your feedback helps us identify areas for improvement and celebrate what we’re doing right. It’s a crucial part of our journey towards excellence. It has already given us a few ideas to improve which we’re working on and made us reshuffle our ‘to-do’ list!

Some of these include:

  • Making our QR codes compatible with digital wallets (this option is being explored by our software developer)
  • Expediting groundwork to reduce potholes at our Tyneside facility (by the time of reading this, this work should now be completed)
