Can anyone else access my storage unit in Cardiff?
No, all of our storage units are always safe and secure. Using your unique pin or access code, you’re the only person who can access your unit.
Can I get contents cover my unit or unit’s belongings?
Of course. Contents cover starts at £4 per month for £1000 cover and all prices are inclusive of IPT (Insurance Premium Tax). For cover exceeding a value of £25,000, please get in touch for a personalised quote.
Do I pay for storage weekly or monthly?
For all storage types, we take initial signup payments from your card, and then your monthly or quarterly charge will be paid by direct debit. Units and vehicle storage are monthly, whilst caravans, motorhomes, boats and trailer tents are quarterly.
We don’t require a deposit so our storage is even more affordable!
Alternatively, you can pay for 6 months upfront – just ask.
The cherry on top? Your price is locked for 12 months, so no surprise increases!
Do your self storage units in Cardiff have electricity inside?
For safety and energy-saving reasons, our container storage facilities don’t have electricity inside. However, if you visit after dark, our sites are well lit for easy access.
