It’s really simple. You can sign up on our online booking system. Choose Wentloog as your location & secure your unit in minutes. You’ll get a unique access code and you can then access your unit instantly!
If you’d prefer to sign up over the phone, or if you have questions, our friendly team are more than willing to chat.
No. Our system is designed so that you’ll receive a unique pin or access code, so you’re the only person who can access your unit.
Our Wentloog site includes mandatory ID checks for all visitors, so you’ll also be checked on your way into the site.
Definitely. Insurance starts at £4 per month and all prices are inclusive of IPT (Insurance Premium Tax). For cover exceeding a value of £25,000, please get in touch for a personalised quote.
For safety and energy-saving reasons, our units don’t have electricity inside – but our facility is very well lit after dark for easy accessibility.
For all storage types, we take initial signup payments from your card (whether that’s over the phone or using our online booking system), and then your monthly or quarterly charge will be paid by direct debit.
Units and vehicle storage are monthly, whilst caravans, motorhomes, boats and trailer tents are quarterly.
However if you’d prefer to pay for 6 months upfront, that’s no problem – speak to a member of our team.
