What will security be like at your storage units in Aberdeen?
Your belongings’ safety and security are our utmost priority. We will implement the same rigorous measures we have across all of our sites, controlled from our headquarters:

- Unique access code required for site entry
- 24/7 CCTV surveillance by our dedicated in-house security team

With these precautions in place, you can rest assured that we will have you covered and your belongings will be well protected.
Is my unit accessible 24/7?
Fantastic news! Our Aberdeen site will be open 24/7, 365 days a year. Access your unit anytime, even on Christmas day when our office is closed.
How do I pay for storage?
Payment made easy! You have two convenient options: sign up online or give us a call to make your initial payment. Monthly payments thereafter are a breeze with our direct debit setup.
We don’t require a deposit so our storage is even more affordable!
If you prefer the upfront approach, you can pay for 6 months in advance, no problem.
Your price is locked for 12 months too, so no surprise increases!
What size storage unit do I need?

Remember, if you change your mind later and want to upgrade or downgrade, we’ve got you covered. Flexibility is not a problem at all!
Can anyone else access my storage unit?
Rest assured, your storage unit is secured with an exclusive QR access code and a unique 4-digit pin. Only you have the key to enter and access your unit.
Do your storage units have electricity?
For safety and energy-saving purposes, our Rogerstone storage units do not come equipped with electricity. However, rest assured that our site is well lit, ensuring easy access even after dark.
Can I get contents cover for my unit or unit’s belongings?
Of course you can! Contents cover starts at £4 per month, covering up to £1000, and all prices include IPT (Insurance Premium Tax). For cover exceeding £25,000 in value, please contact us for a bespoke quote.
What notice period do I need to give?
For container self-storage, we only require 2 weeks (14days) notice.
Giving notice to vacate is simple; you can either email Info@blueselfstorage.co.uk, call our office on 029 20 361 361 or this fill in this form.
What happens when my contract ends?
After giving notice to vacate, you will receive instructions on what to do next.
We ask that you sweep clean your unit and leave the lock and key inside. You must inform us when the unit is empty by emailing Info@blueselfstorage.co.uk or by phone at 029 20 361 361
If you leave before the notice is up, we will refund you pro rata for the days remaining, via Direct debit (which typically takes 10-14 days)
