Whatever size unit you sign up, we’ll show you around when you arrive. If you want to downsize to a smaller unit, or upgrade to a bigger one, that’s no problem at all.
A 64 sqft unit is normally the size of a 1 bedroom house, provided there isn’t a lot of furniture or white goods.
An 80 sqft unit is normally the size of a 1-2 bedroom house.
A 160 sqft unit is normally a 2-3-4 bedroom house.

When you end your storage unit contract and have given written notice, we ask that you sweep clean your unit, and hand in your free padlock and key, or photo ID if applicable.
If you leave before the month is up, we’ll refund you for the days remaining, via cheque (which typically takes 10-14 days to arrive).
For caravans, motorhomes, boats and trailer tents, you’ll also need to hand in your fob and ID pass.

No, no one can enter unless you provide written permission.
In the case of death, we require a death certificate or otherwise wait for probate or a legal document from a solicitor.
In the case of divorce, we can override the rules of entry, but only if it’s legal, with the assistance of a legal representative.
