Scrub it
Make sure you’re cleaning everything before you pop stuff into your unit. Sand, salt, and even sunscreen residue can stain or damage materials.

· Sports equipment: Wipe down bikes, surfboards, and rackets.
· Garden furniture: Give chairs and tables a good wash to remove dirt, pollen, or mould.
