Movember is a chance to raise awareness for men’s health. From mental wellbeing to prostate and testicular cancer, it’s a cause we’re proud to get behind at blue self storage.
Throughout November, men everywhere ditch the razor and embrace the ‘tache. Some grow glorious statement pieces… others look like Victorian detectives… and some end up with what can only be described as ‘face fluff with ambition.’
But every moustache tells a story and every story helps start a conversation that really matters.
Why Movember matters
Movember shines a light on issues a lot of men don’t always talk openly about:
- Mental health and suicide prevention
- Prostate cancer
- Testicular cancer
These are tough topics but a friendly chat (and a slightly dodgy moustache) can open the door to real conversations. And that’s why Movember is powerful.

It’s not just a November thing for us
Because we believe the cause is so mighty, every month we donate £150 to Prostate Cymru. Over the past 11 years, we’ve contributed a whopping £20,000.
