A Litter Pick, 8 Bags of Rubbish, and a Whole Lot of Community Spirit

Teamwork (and Gloves) in Action

Armed with gloves, litter pickers, and plenty of enthusiasm, our crew (a mix of staff, volunteers, and local supporters) set out with one goal: make the area cleaner, greener, and a little brighter.

By the end of the day, we’d filled 8 to 9 bags of rubbish, picked up a whole range of bits and pieces, and shared a lot of laughs along the way. It was a great reminder that when people come together, small efforts can have a big impact.

Why We Do It

This wasn’t just about tidying up, although we were pretty chuffed with how good the place looked afterwards. It’s about community. It’s about care. These aren’t just buzzwords for us – they’re part of who we are.

From supporting local charities to welcoming wildlife on our sites, we believe in doing our bit to look after our surroundings. Partnering with Keep Wales Tidy was a natural fit, and we hope it inspires others to think about the positive change they can make too.

What’s Next?

This litter pick is just the start. We’ve got more community initiatives in the works, all focused on giving back to the areas we serve and protecting the environment along the way.
