Our minimum storage period is just one month. That’s it.
No year-long tie-ins or complicated contracts – just the flexibility to store for as long as you need. Many providers insist on longer terms, but we like to keep things easy.
If you’re a business or commercial customer, this works just as well for you. We offer short-term contracts so you can store equipment, stock, tools, or fleet items without being locked into long agreements.
👉 Notice period
When it’s time to move out, we only need two weeks’ notice. No hidden fees or nasty surprises. Just let us know, and you’ll be free to go when you’re ready.

Your storage is there whenever you need it. Not all storage providers offer this, so it’s important to check before you commit.

We like to keep payments simple too. Storage is paid monthly, with no complicated extras.
When you sign up, you’ll just pop down a £50 refundable deposit, which you’ll get back once you’ve moved out and left your unit in good shape.

Contents cover is a must have when you’re storing – and we’ve made it flexible.
You can take out our own cover starting from as little as £8 per month, or you’re welcome to arrange your own if you prefer. Either way, it’s a small step that makes a big difference.
👉 What you can & can’t store
You can store most everyday items with us – furniture, boxes, clothes, sports gear, seasonal decorations, business stock, and more.
There are just a few things you can’t store:
- Hazardous or flammable materials (such as gas, petrol, or fireworks)
- Perishable food or anything that could attract pests
- Animals or pets (they’ll be much happier at home!)
