One of those students is Dylan, who has been excelling during his work placement with us as part of his logistics and operations course at Cardiff University.
Dylan has gained invaluable hands-on experience in the self storage industry, from learning about the customer journey to seeing first-hand what goes on behind the scenes to keep our sites running at the highest standards. He’s been involved in everything from managing existing sites to gaining insight into the development of new locations – a true deep dive into the operational side of self storage in Cardiff.
A Fresh Perspective & New Ideas 💡
Dylan hasn’t just been learning – he’s been contributing, too! With a fresh perspective, he’s provided insightful feedback on our processes and even shared ideas for our newly launched website, helping us enhance the experience for our customers.
His input has been invaluable, and we’re thrilled to be able to put some of his suggestions into action.
But it’s not all work! Dylan has also become part of the Blue Storage Group team culture, joining in on social events – including a legendary curry night at the famous Empire Balti on Albany Road.
