We are pleased to announce that we have been granted planning permission for a new self storage site in Llanishen.
We’ve had to wait for what seems like forever to give you more information on our plans but the cat is finally out of the bag.
When and where is blue self storage going in Llanishen?
- The new location is on Cardiff Business Park, Llanishen – adjacent to S4C
- Planning permission for 162 storage units in various sizes
- Aiming to open for business during Autumn 2019
Why is blue self storage heading to Llanishen?
Chris Bryan, our Commercial Manager: “We are really excited to have secured planning permission for what is hopefully the first of many additional sites.
Cardiff Business Park is a perfect location for us to begin our expansion; the demographic mix of business and domestic customers within the area will ensure that we can continue to offer our excellent customer service and affordable commercial storage and self storage to both new and existing customers.”
Are there any more blue self storage sites planned?
Plenty! We are currently working hard behind the scenes to secure two further sites. Our aim is to have 4 operational sites by the end of March 2020. We can’t tell you any more yet but will announce further details as soon as we can!
